What Does a Field Agent Do?
Daily Duties
1. Customer Outreach & Promotion
- Share BaoGo flyers, videos, and information online and offline
- Introduce BaoGo shipping services to potential customers
- Explain how customers can create shipments, send items to our warehouse, and track their goods
2. Customer Support
- Guide customers on how to place orders correctly
- Ensure customers use their correct BaoGo shipment ID on all packages
3. Contact Handling
- Help to support customer sign up
- Help customers communicate with BaoGo support when needed
4. Branding & Representation
- Represent BaoGo professionally at all times
- Maintain a good reputation that reflects well on the company
How Do Field Agents Earn Money?
1. Percentage-Based Commission
Your commission is calculated based on a percentage from each transaction your referred customer makes. Every shipment they process adds to your accumulated commission, which is paid out monthly to your registered bank account.
The more your customers ship, the more you earn.
